Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 13 years old to use AshFall.io. If you are under 18, you are responsible for using the service with any permission required by a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for reading and following these Terms, any posted game rules, chat rules, forum rules, profile rules, and other game-specific policies. Additional rules supplement these Terms and do not replace them.

2. Accounts and Account Security

• One account per player. Unless staff expressly approves otherwise, you may maintain only one account.
• No account sharing. Your account may only be used by the person who created it.
• No transfers or sales. Accounts, logins, virtual currency, and in-game items may not be sold, assigned, transferred, or traded for real-world value unless AshFall.io expressly permits it.
• You must protect your credentials. Keep your password confidential and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Account ownership remains with AshFall.io. We grant a limited, revocable right to access the service; accounts and game data remain part of the service.

3. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

• No bots, scripts, macros, automated refreshers, browser extensions, or other software that interacts with the game without normal player input.
• No exploiting bugs, glitches, loopholes, or unintended mechanics. If you find one, report it instead of using it.
• No evading account restrictions, investigations, jail actions, communication bans, or other enforcement measures.
• No assisting, encouraging, or organizing others to cheat or violate these Terms.
• No activity that gives an unfair advantage or undermines the integrity, balance, or stability of the game.

4. Trading, Shared Networks, and Abuse Prevention

Transfers between linked accounts, shared-network accounts, alternate accounts, or accounts under a permissions arrangement may be restricted or prohibited. Staff may review suspicious transfers and remove in-game currency, items, or other gains obtained through rule violations.

If multiple people legitimately play from the same network, you must follow any permissions process or staff instructions that applies to shared-network play. Approval to play from the same network does not automatically authorize in-game transfers.

Attempts to manipulate referrals, gifts, payment perks, or network-based advantages may result in account restrictions, reversals, or permanent loss of access.

5. Community Rules and User Content

• No harassment, abuse, threats, hate speech, doxxing, impersonation, or targeted intimidation of players or staff.
• No posting or requesting passwords, private contact information, or other sensitive personal information.
• No false accusations supported by fabricated or altered evidence.
• No spam, unauthorized advertising, or recruiting outside approved in-game systems.
• No posting unlawful, infringing, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content in profiles, forums, chat, mail, gang pages, or similar features.

You remain responsible for the content you submit. AshFall.io may review, moderate, edit, refuse, remove, or restrict content or communication features at any time.

6. Virtual Items, Payments, and Chargebacks

AshFall.io may offer optional paid features, donator perks, points, or other virtual benefits. Unless required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered or applied.

Virtual items and benefits have no cash value, are licensed for use within the service only, and may be modified, removed, or discontinued at any time.

If a payment is reversed, refunded, or charged back, AshFall.io may remove the related benefits, suspend the account, or require repayment before restoring access.

7. Inactivity, Investigations, and Enforcement

AshFall.io may investigate suspicious activity and may temporarily restrict an account while that investigation is pending. We may jail, mute, suspend, delete, or permanently ban accounts when we reasonably believe a rule violation, fraud risk, security issue, or threat to the service has occurred.

Accounts or game entities may also be removed or reset for inactivity, service maintenance, balancing, or operational reasons. Donator status or past purchases do not guarantee ongoing access or exemption from enforcement.

8. Third-Party Services and External Content

The service may include links to forums, ads, embedded media, offers, or third-party websites and services. AshFall.io does not control third-party content and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, policies, or practices.

If you leave the AshFall.io service or interact with third-party content, you do so at your own risk and subject to that third party's terms and policies.

9. Intellectual Property and Service Integrity

The AshFall.io service, including its game systems, text, graphics, software, design, and other content, is owned by AshFall.io or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, exploit, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by law.
• You may not probe, scan, attack, or attempt unauthorized access to the service, its infrastructure, or related systems.
• You may not use the service in a way that disrupts, damages, or interferes with AshFall.io or other players.

10. Availability and Disclaimers

AshFall.io is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, preservation of account data, or availability of any particular feature, item, status, or gameplay mechanic.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AshFall.io disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AshFall.io and its operators, staff, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or virtual items arising out of or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AshFall.io's total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to AshFall.io for the applicable service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may update, suspend, discontinue, or modify any part of the service at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version. The updated Terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated.

If applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a particular change, we will follow those requirements. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept them.
