Based on the current AshFall.io deployment, we do not describe the site as using third-party advertising cookies or selling personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our site does not currently respond to legacy "Do Not Track" browser signals. If we later engage in processing that requires recognition of opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control under applicable law, we will update this notice and our practices accordingly.

If we deny a request and an appeal right applies, you may reply to our response and state that you are submitting an appeal.

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit certain uses of personal information, as well as the right to opt out of sales or sharing where those activities occur. AshFall.io does not currently sell personal information for money and does not currently describe its operations as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents may still contact us using the information above to exercise applicable rights.
Children's Privacy
AshFall.io is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and delete it if appropriate.
